Yes. We support OEM and ODM projects for custom bamboo and wooden products. You can provide drawings, specifications, reference samples, product images, or simply a product idea. We can assist with material selection, product development, sampling, branding, packaging, quality control, and mass production.
Most products can be customized in material, dimensions, structure, compartments, handles, lids, colors, finishes, logos, and packaging. We will evaluate your requirements and recommend a practical manufacturing solution based on the product’s function, target market, quantity, and budget.
We work with bamboo and various wood materials, including pine, walnut, beech, acacia, maple, oak, and paulownia. If you are unsure which material to choose, we can recommend suitable options based on appearance, function, durability, budget, and intended market.
Orders & Production
Our typical minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. The final MOQ depends on the product, material, structure, finish, branding, and packaging requirements. Please send us the product details and estimated quantity for confirmation.
Yes. Samples are recommended for custom projects. The typical sample lead time is 7–10 days after the sample charge, product details, and design files are confirmed. Express delivery usually takes an additional 2–5 days, depending on the destination and courier service.
The typical production lead time is 25–30 days after sample approval, deposit payment, and order confirmation. Larger orders, complex customization, special materials, or peak-season orders may take approximately 30–45 days.
Branding, Packaging & Quality
Depending on the material and product design, we can provide laser engraving, UV printing, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, metal badges, and other customized branding methods. We will recommend a suitable method based on your logo, material, quantity, and desired appearance.
We support tissue or cotton paper, white paper, bubble bags, OPP bags, polyfoam protection, inner boxes, custom color boxes, five-layer corrugated export cartons, custom inserts, and other protective, retail, or gift packaging configurations.
We inspect materials, dimensions, construction, finishes, branding, and packaging during production and before shipment. Product specifications, approved samples, inspection requirements, and packaging standards can be confirmed before mass production.
Quotations & Payment
We usually provide a quotation within 24 hours after receiving sufficient product information. Complex custom projects may require additional time to evaluate materials, construction, branding, packaging, and production requirements. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance. Available payment terms and deposit arrangements depend on the order and will be confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice.
